Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus

Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus (Single Test) is designed to carry out test of tablet and capsule as per USP standard. These tests are carried out by quality control and R & D departments in pharmaceutical industry. Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus (Single Test) consists of constant temperature water bath made of transparent acrylic. The round bottom glass Jars is placed inside the bath. The Jars have acrylic lid which allow passing of stirring shaft. The shaft is suspended from the top & are operated by the motor. The motor is electronically controlled to give speed precisely within ± 1Rpm. The Rpm is controlled digitally and is indicated on a digital display.

Temperature is controlled by fully solid state controller withing ± 0.5°C. Additional feature of Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus (Single Test) is a digital pre-set Timer with audio alarm. The basket assemblies and stirring paddles are made from 316 grade stainless steel.

Dissolution Rate Test Apparatus (Three Test) with individual lifting and tilting arrangement is designed to carry out simultaneously three tests of dissolution rate of tablets and capsules as per USP Standard. These tests are carried out by quality control and R&D departments in pharmaceutical industry.

The motor is electronically controlled to give speed precisely within ±1 Rpm. The Rpm is controlled digitally and is indicated on a digital display. The basket assemblies and stirring paddles are made from 316 grade stainless stell. Whole assembly can be tilted for easy change over of paddle and basket. It also helps to remove the sample as well as to remove the round bottom glass Jars.
